At 6.5m, Sueno’s Stone is the tallest Pictish monument in existence. It is now housed in a glass case just outside Forres, Moray. Probably a cenotaph, it features a tall cross on one side and elaborate scenes of battle and mass executions on the reverse. Both edges are carved with vinescroll.
